Pringles Care Services is looking to recruit an EXPERIENCE Care Coordinators for its office to work alongside our other team of care-coordinator. Pringles Care Services is a well-established and expanding domiciliary care agency that has been providing care assistants to clients and helping them to continue living safely and independently in their own homes
Applicants must have knowledge of the HOME CARE SECTOR.
Applicant should have a knowledge rostering software a knowledge of PEOPLE PLANNER who desirable but not essential.
The Care Coordinator’s duties will include:
- Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users in an
appropriate manner; - Producing care workers’ rota and managing the roster software with People
planner. - Using electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and
timeliness for visits; - Arranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field
supervisor. - Conducting telephone monitoring and service user visits and ensuring service
quality; - Responding to emails from social workers
- Speaking with services users and families over the phone.
- Be a part of the weekly ON CALL once per month.
The role of Care Coordinator is a key role in the company that will require the individual to work alongside the senior co-coordinator to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients. In order for the Care Coordinator to perform effectively, the successful applicant will have had previous experience care coordinating and be able to adapt to changes and deal with pressure and will also possess the following key attributes, which must be demonstrated at interview:

Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a care coordinator is ESSENTIAL
Excellent salary and benefits package.
Salary: £22,000-24,000 + £150 PER WEEK FOR ONCALL
